1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags (e.g., UZIS branded tags) still attached.

Free from any scents, stains, or pet hair.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact our support team at service@uzissports.com.

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong size or a damaged item), UZISSports.com will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Customer Preference: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., "changed my mind" or "don't like the fit"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used socks or headbands.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Gift cards.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@uzissports.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
